Caroline founded Vivid Dental after practicing for 7 years at a state-of-the-art practice in Lane Cove on Sydney’s lower north shore. She has brought this experience with her to her own practice in inner-west Sydney and provides quality general and cosmetic dentistry services, and in addition, has a special interest in orthodontics (braces) and periodontics (treating gum disease).
Caroline graduated from the University of Sydney with first-class honours, winning awards such as the Brigadier Gordon Rowell Prize for Proficiency in Preventative Dentistry and the R.M Howe Prize in Anatomy. After graduating, in addition to her full-time job as a senior associate dentist she held a part-time position for a number of years as a clinical educator at the University of Sydney training dental students in restorative dentistry and endodontics (e.g. root canal treatment).
Caroline is an active member of the dental community including being an Executive Council Member of the Australia Dental Association (NSW). She has also served on numerous other committees such as the Australian Prosthodontic Society and the Oral Heath Foundation.
Caroline’s engaging personality, commitment to quality and genuine interest in her patients has been warmly reciprocated by patients. Caroline is particularly good at easing the understandable nervousness certain patients feel such as young children visiting the dentist for the first time or older patients who have avoided going to the dentist because of negative experiences when they were younger.
